Covid-19 update

Normally, our people spend over 50% of their time working closely with clients, in their homes.  We normally work together in a confined space and face to face as our clients are directly involved in the process (depending on the circumstances).  We will always wear a mask in your home, unless you need to lip read, when we will wear a face shield.  We wear gloves if necessary, and bring our own flannel to dry our hands. We carry disinfectant wipes and sanitiser at all times. 

We are also able to use technology to work together in the same property, but in different rooms.  Additionally we have other ways to keep you safe in your own home, so do ask us.

We do we do what we do because we want to help you, and we get a satisfaction from helping out on a project that our clients couldn’t have done on their own.   This is still our goal; the last thing we want is to put you at risk.  So we will discuss exactly how we will work before we start and will go over this until you are happy with the process.
